1. Quién ofrece este servicio
Este sitio y la app Don Cron Publish son operados por Lucas Cristaldo (Argentina), titular del canal Don Cron en YouTube (@Don-Cron) y TikTok (@eldoncron). Contacto: cristaldolucas01@gmail.com.
2. Qué es Don Cron Publish
Don Cron Publish es una herramienta interna de línea de comandos,
de uso exclusivo del titular, que automatiza la publicación de los
videos del canal en sus propias cuentas de YouTube (vía YouTube Data
API v3) y TikTok (vía TikTok Content Posting API, scope
video.publish). No es un producto ni un servicio ofrecido
a terceros: no tiene pantalla de registro, no otorga acceso a otras
cuentas y no procesa videos ni datos de ninguna persona distinta del
titular.
3. Sin cuentas de terceros
Ni el sitio ni la app permiten que terceros creen cuentas, inicien sesión o conecten sus propias cuentas de YouTube o TikTok. Todo el flujo de autenticación OAuth se realiza únicamente con las cuentas del titular del canal.
4. Uso del sitio
El sitio don-cron.com es informativo: presenta el canal, enlaza a las plataformas donde se publica el contenido y aloja estos textos legales. No recolecta datos de los visitantes, no usa cookies, no tiene formularios ni analítica.
5. Sin garantías
El sitio, el canal y la app se ofrecen "tal cual". No se garantiza disponibilidad ininterrumpida, ausencia de errores, ni que el contenido publicado esté libre de imprecisiones; los videos son material educativo y divulgativo, no asesoría profesional. El titular no asume responsabilidad por decisiones tomadas a partir del contenido del canal.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El contenido del canal (guiones, videos, marca "Don Cron") pertenece a su titular. Las marcas de terceros mencionadas (YouTube, TikTok, Google, entre otras) pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños y se usan únicamente a modo de referencia.
7. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier controversia derivada de su interpretación o cumplimiento se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Argentina.

1. Who provides this service
This site and the Don Cron Publish app are operated by Lucas Cristaldo (Argentina), owner of the Don Cron channel on YouTube (@Don-Cron) and TikTok (@eldoncron). Contact: cristaldolucas01@gmail.com.
2. What Don Cron Publish is
Don Cron Publish is an internal command-line tool, used exclusively
by the channel owner, that automates publishing the channel's videos
to his own YouTube (via YouTube Data API v3) and TikTok (via TikTok
Content Posting API, video.publish scope) accounts. It is
not a product or service offered to third parties: it has no sign-up
flow, grants no access to other accounts, and does not process video
or data belonging to anyone other than the owner.
3. No third-party accounts
Neither the site nor the app allow third parties to create accounts, sign in, or connect their own YouTube or TikTok accounts. All OAuth authentication flows exclusively use the channel owner's own accounts.
4. Use of the site
don-cron.com is informational: it presents the channel, links to the platforms where the content is published, and hosts these legal pages. It does not collect visitor data, does not use cookies, and has no forms or analytics.
5. No warranties
The site, channel and app are provided "as is". Uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the absence of inaccuracies in published content are not guaranteed; videos are educational and informational material, not professional advice. The owner assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on the channel's content.
6. Intellectual property
The channel's content (scripts, videos, the "Don Cron" brand) belongs to its owner. Third-party marks mentioned (YouTube, TikTok, Google, among others) belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement will be submitted to the competent courts of Argentina.
